Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing job satisfaction (JS) and work-family conflict (WFC) among female employees, specifically focusing on 207 female teachers working in various Universities in Peshawar. The researchers utilized three scales, namely WFC, Emotional Intelligence (EI), and JS, to collect relevant data. The results indicated that JS was adversely affected when work-related responsibilities intruded into family life. However, family demands influencing work did not have a significant impact on JS. Moreover, the study discovered a positive correlation between EI and age concerning job satisfaction. On the other hand, work experience showed a negative association with WFC.
